Starting the Cycle

I am definitely listening and taking in the advice...sorry if I have an attitude...i just dont feel like wasting money ya know? I hate that I had my appendix burst threw off my plans. How long till they go bunk?

keep it cool and dry--and it can last for years--it will lose a bit of potency over time-but not much. gear use and bobybuilding is a marathon not a dash--slow and steady and you will get stronger, not get hurt, and learn a heck of a lot about diet/training/stacking/ect along the way.
 
sweet. I appreciate this guys...I just want to make sure I am doing this the right way. I have studied a lot of diets and finally found one that will definitely work for my body type and for my workouts. Now when would be a good time...I will normally plateau around month 3 or 5. Would that be a good point?
 
Your tendons and ligaments need to get built up first. If you jump into gear you will be lifting a lot more weight and this could cause injury, then your gear would be a total waste.

Your gear should be fine, just train for awhile like eddy says.
 
most guys plateau around month 3 or 5--you need to change-up your workouts all the time--shocks/variety/etc. a good time is whe you have done all the stuff natty and you want to get to the next level.

and most impt--like iceman said--you need to build your supporting structure (tendons/ligs--which gear does nothing for) or else you will get hurt--bad.
