Ya really don't need PCT @ your age, plus I would extend the cycle 7 more weeks & add Anadrol-50 @ 150 mg/day. :FRlol:

Mom always gives me an apple in my lunch box but i cheat sometimez with little debbiez... Will tren help me fight back or should i tonez it down and just take halo??

dont forget size of penis when you list stats. we NEED TO KNOW!! very important because we all know steroids shrink your penis so we need to know if you are big enough to allow for shrinkage or not.

Great advice . Idk why I didn't think abut that . The buff guy at the gym never told me any of this .. I'm thinking of just doing self hrt

You know what I'd rather see? Some smarter answers. Too many people come off like experts and make absolutely absurd recommendations. Is it better that a 22 year old is told to take 2 grams a week for 16 weeks than it is to tell a 20 year old to take 10 ms of d-bol a day for 4 weeks?

I agree with this but in the same breath its up to the actual person to research the hell out of what theyre injecting/ingesting/altering their body with

I take every piece of advice given to me on any of the boards I belong to and research the hell out of it..here always seems like a good starting point to me..or middle point rather.
I see painfully bad advice everywhere ..what bugs me is how quickly someone is "jumped" anywhere not just elite when they disagree with the "expert" advice

a simple example is actually diet...when you suggest something like IF you occasionally still get an earful (screen full?) of ridicule for your horrible grasp of diet...its just makes me *sigh* post a few links and move on
I studied endocrinology very thoroughly in college and furthered it when I was diagnosed with an endocrine cancer ....and the things I see perpetuated by bro-science amaze me..

I tend to bow out of those conversations because Im just a drop of a rain in a storm...why bother with the fight.

Hi guys, Iam new to the site and posting here as I don't know how to start a thread
Age: 23
Weight: 190
Height: 5'11
BF: 13-14%

I am looking to increase muscle gains, not to familiar with how to cycle steroids, have no purchased anything yet, the confusion for me is there's too many different types. I work out about 5 times a week. Eat fairly healthy but will improve my diet. From the research i've done i've learned injection is genrally better for liver and produves better results. I am looking to cycle for 4-6 weeks. What are some good cycles for a beginner? Leaning towards winstrol.
 
Hi. I'm 22 5'11 and 166. I don't know my body far percentage. Don't know how to tell. Ive been lifting and exercising for a couple years now and I am starting my first cycle of the beastdrol starter stack. I had a few questions. Anyone willing to answer? :-)

2 nd. week on the above. Going to drop the deca after week 12 and run tren ace eod 100 mgs for 6 weeks.

I don't think some of you guys understand that endurance athletes are not all beefed up ready to go out on stage. I run 40 miles a week and cycle 200 miles a week. It serves my goals and build enough muscle to look pretty awesome at the start line compared to others in my sport. Can you say 'Lance Armstrong?'

Yes, I eat good and hit the weights hard like I have done for years. I'm down 50 pounds since my strickly lifting days and no or little cardio. That was 12 years ago, and ran cycles then as well. I know the drill.

I could understand a low dose for joints but 500mg makes no sense.. deca will pile on mass and as an endurance runner surely that's the last thing you want

So you run 40 miles a week and cycle 200 miles a week? I see yeah that really opened my eyes to your situation haha what?! And Lance Armstrong, really Lance Armstrong? He had things available to him that not a single one of us has ever heard of, superdrugs that blow anything a novice endurance athlete has access to out of the water.
 
Mass is not always detrimental for endurance athletes. If you train for endurance; core, primary muscles used for your sport, you increase output and protect bones/tendons.

If I were already massive to the point where it would slow me down I could see your point. IOW it is relative. I predict from reviewing past logs that my sweet spot in regards to weight will be another 10-15 useful pounds to be at my prime.

...which brings us back to my original point. At 160 lbs, simply increasing your calorie intake would get you 10-15 lbs. Deca is completely unnecessary for your goals.
