Stacking On 1st Cycle. Help!

Hey guys, ok so i've got alot of helpful responses here and it's helping me understand alot better. I just wanted to know what is good to stack with my Dbol pills (10mg) . I want to keep at least half the gains so it was recommended that i do not take these alone. so far this is what i have-
100ct blue dbol pills (30mg daily for 30 days.)
fish oil/milk thistle
creatine
mass gainer shakes
& imagesports test 7 pct for 28 days 24hrs after i finish my cycle
and ofcourse heavy lifting 7days a week
4meals a day

and just to refresh im 22 155lbs 5'9 12%bf 2yr working out

Bump up your calories if your only eating four meals a day try adding another meal and some more carbs. Your weight should go up if your lifting right and eating the right foods
 
Bro you can get that weight up naturally without aas. Seriously I'm not trying to be mean, this is no shortcut.

Fast metabolism is no excuse. I thought the same thing, then I started eating 4000-5000 calories a day and put on 20 lbs. I'm just now doing my first PH cycle. AAS is no shortcut like these guys said.
 
You guys have to be realistic . There are some guys that just cant gain weight even if they eat 4000-5000 calories me taking in 5000 is also me using the bathroom 10x daily . Some guys its easier to gain than others. I understand im light and young but at the end of the day u have to start somewhere like most of us do. Im not trying to be a bodybuilder i just want a least 10lbs extra to make up for me busting my ass at the gym . Trust me i dont like stereoids and would rather go with the alternative but the alternative is for the average gainer. I struggle . Anyways you guys are probably going to say im hardheaded ive read a million and 1 messages on here so its kk i expect it lol. But if you could truly help and were once on my position id appreciate it

You're eating too little and training too much, how much more realistic do you want?

4 meals a day is too little? Not including weight gaining shakes paked with 800 calories and snacks ? U guys eat all day? Im confused

A lot do better off with whole foods least bump it to 5 solid meals and lift 4 days a week all compounds with high intensity.
I would run test with the dbol if are gonna do it, have an ai on hand and planned out pct.
 
Ok thats understandable, do you reccomend any AI in particular for my cycle? I dont know much about AI just that its for my estrogen production since dbols have estrogen

Yeah it'll aromatize and could give side affects.
I dont have a real preference have used arimidex before some are more potent so just gotta research what dosage should start with. wouldn't use it unless needed to from sides. also look into a good complete post cycle therapy so keep gains. I would still try to gain at least a little more before start a cycle. Just keep doses low and shorter time to be on safe side.

If you're not gaining weight on 4,000-5,000 cals per day maybe you're not eating the right things? You'd be surprised how much difference eating the right foods can make.
 
These guys are telling you the truth bro they ain't trying to be tough on you. You really don't need aas at this point you can get big naturally. Don't rely on the gear to much or those "weight gainers" personally I don't like them they have mad sugar in them. If you can't get big naturally you think gear is gonna help you out that much? Maybe a couple pounds if your lucky but the most anabolic thing you can do for yourself is eat solid food. Gear in my opinion is for people who get up to 210-230 lbs keeping there bodyfat under 13% who can't get bigger naturally.

Here's an idea of what your diet should look like:

90g - 100g fat
500g - 600g carbs
200g - 250g protein
