Yeah good post again dylan. Alot of beginners think that they need to do a cycle to gain size, which is not always true. A good healthy diet with the right foods and supps like N2Bulk and Gear like you mentioned can get them alot of size natuarally and going in the right direction. Good job bro.
 
thanks guys... i thought this would be of some assistance to everyone out there that always has the excuse... "my metabolism is too high" or "i just can't gain weight" None of us are going to buy that shit, so I hope everyone with these thoughts takes the time to read this and learn from it!

and it clearly states at the beginning of the post that upping your calories is the first priority... but to help get over the hump when you are stuck, these supplements will help to get over that... just like aas or ph helps you get past a plateau for strength and muscles...

There are no laws or thermogenics. There are laws of thermodynamics, however. Thermogenics are drugs that increase [body] heat through metabolic stimulation. If one were to take thermogenics while trying to gain weight, they would see the opposite affect of their desired result; they would lose weight.

But, I will assume, for sake of argument, that you meant the law(s) of thermodynamics. In this case we are interested in the first law of thermodynamics, and the first law only. We are not concerned with entropy (the second and third laws), nor are we concerned with the equilibrium of bodies (zeroth law).

If energy in is greater than the outflow of energy and our state shall change [growth]. Aka eat a lot of food, it will help you grow.

If one cannot understand the order of the listings in coordinance with the importance, i don't know what else i can do... that's why its split into sections...

I have had considerable gains with all the products listed or i wouldn't bother even talking about them... and if you do searches and research you will find that so many have had success with one or another of these... I am not saying to take them all at the same time or that they are all you need... I am simply stating these are other ways to help pass a plateau... there are too many people who think they are stuck at a certain level... which is not the case... why do we use aas? to get to the next level when were stuck... why do we use weight gainers or mass builders? to get to the next level when were stuck... like i said, and i will say it one more time... your diet is and will always be number 1 in terms of pretty much everything... but if/when something else is needed, these are excellent options... i dont know how else to put it or break it down...
