Spring and Summer training journal.

Summer is just 2 months away and so is my 23rd b-day! Damn I'm getting old. :p

Anyway been on my cycle for a few months now. Low doses. Currently taking 250mg QV enanthate every 4 days along with 2.5mg femera eod. MD-6 taken pre-workout. So far so good. Training schedule will be as follows:

Monday - Chest, Triceps, Delts
Tuesday - Krav Maga(Israeli military fighting style)
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Krav Maga
Friday - Back, Biceps, Forearms
Saturday - Abs, Calves
Sunday - Rest

Diet will be basic. I will still eat alot of food including high fat foods but no more empty calorie foods. Vitamins and minerals are down good as well.

Current stats: 5'10 - 222 at 14% bf(caliper test - Didn't think I was that high.)

Goals are to get down to a really solid 210 and further increase my strength but most importantly increase my overall conditioning as well as my skill in Krav Maga. Can't wait! It's fuckin on baby!!! :garza:
 
Had a good workout yesterday. 40 minutes in length and added abs even in the workout. 115's for 10 on incline. Not bad considering I had a slight layoff for about 2 weeks.

Today I go to my Krav Maga class.

Diet so far so good.

Just added 10mg liquifen(nolvadex) eod to further aid in my potential to lose bodyfat as well as helping my lipid profiles. :)

Krav Maga is the shit!!! We did boot camp type drills and already learned self defense techniques. I sighned up for the year. 1300$ including the fighting gear we use. After 16 classes we get the choice to attend a once a week full contact combat class. With full pads of course. I'm hooked on it.

Today I'm a little sore in the legs and even though it is leg day I'm gonna push through it. No longer training for just pure muscle size and strength but a combination with good conditioning. I won't do much though today since I have another Krav class tommorow. A couple sets of good all out squats should suffice. Back, Biceps, Forearms and maybe a little abs on Friday and then the whole weekend off. AHHH!!!! :D
 
Worked out today. Did legs. Squats and lunges. Didn't lose strength actually. Tommorow I got to my Krav class again. Can't wait. Shit I look forward to that alot more than my weight workouts. :D
 
So fuckin sore from today's class. Tommorow just going to do a light back workout and some moderate arm and forearm work. Shoulders really sore thank God I get the whole weekend off. I might skip chest, triceps, and delts every 3 weeks or so just so I can fully let my shoulders heal. Alot of these drills are tough on them. It's good shit though since I'm upping my conditioning alot. Learned about self defense with guns today as well.

Ok changed my mind. Just a light pumping workout for my biceps, some forearm work and several sets of hyperextensions. I may just do deadlifts and then biceps and forearms we'll see. My whole back is sore from all these elbow strike drills.

Did some stair running this morning. Damn I haven't done those in years. Tommorow is a complete rest day. Monday or Tuesday will be my next weight training workout. This week I may skip this Tuesday's class and just go next Thursday and again on Saturday.

*Also to note I haven't been eating as clean as I should be. Trying to keep calories high to maximize recovery from my weight training as well as my fighting classes.
 
Shot up 600mg deca just now to aid in my joint problems with my left shoulder. I think this week was overkill. Chest, Triceps and Delts day followed by Krav and then another Krav class 2 days later. All the ballistic style training and hitting made my joints extra sore. This deca should do the trick as it always has. I'll get used to the classes I know after some time. Anyway not injecting test again until next NEXT Monday since I don't want a buildup of too many steroids at one time. For the next 3 injections it will be 250mg every 5 days and then back to every 4 days after that. I may just keep it at 250mg every 5 days we'll see. I want to keep my doses low throughout.
 
Chest, Triceps, Delts and Abs today. We'll see how my shoulder reacts. This week Thursday and Saturday is when I will go to my Krav Classes. It will vary the days I go but as long as I go the required 2 times a week I'll be good to go. :D
 
Ok I'm crazy. I did 3 workouts today but not long in length each but high in intensity.

First I did Chest, Triceps, Delts and Abs.

Then I did Legs.

Lastly I jumproped. I'm beat. That is all.

Oh and lastly, I love deca! I'm definately going to keep taking it again later down the road. 115's today on inline dumbells for 11. Good shit.

I'm thinking later on I'm gonna do 250mg test every 6 days along with 300mg deca every 6 days as well. Mild and effective stack.

Tell me more about the Krav Maga. I saw a show on it and it looked pretty damn cool as a self-defense program. How'd you get hooked up with it, and how long have you been doing it?

I'm considering doing some formal self-defense training here in Dallas, and it was one of the ones I wanted to look into.

It will have all the info. you need as well as locations in your area for schools that are allowed to officially teach it.

Good workout yesterday.

Today at 1:00 I have my Krav Class.

Been thinking about my cycle for the summer and what it's going to look like.

I'm thinking 250mg test every 4 days, 75mg fina eod, and 300mg deca every 8 days.

Or 250mg test every 4 days and 300mg deca every 4 days as well.

Femera and nolvadex will be taken as usual.
 
Dropping my femera dose to 1.25mg eod while still taking 10mg eod of the nolvadex as well. I shoot up test again on Monday and I will be shooting up with sus for my next 2 shots since I got them for free anyway. Next 3 shots will be every 5 days for each shot and then back to every 4 days. Decided not to do the fina but instead do deca but just at 150mg every 4 days mixed in with the 250mg test shot every 4 days. That will be all for my cycle. I may or may not up the femera dose again though we'll see how I am in terms of bloat.
 
Summer and my b-day is less than 2 months away!!!

It is time baby! Monday starts everything again. No more fuckin around! No excuses except for pure laziness and no dedication. Gotta get down to at least 9-10% bf by June and without taking fat burners ed consistently.

Day 3 of diet going really well.

Today for some reason I got up the 115's for 14 whole reps! It was a big shock to me because that was just 2 hours after my Krav class. We did do mostly leg work today but still.

Several hours after chest, delts, and triceps I did some lunges, jump roped, some abs and some more Krav Maga drills on my own.

Energy levels are up really high since taking Krav(due to the cardio conditioning of course) and I'm down to just 1 pill of md-6 pre-workout now. Not relying on thermogenics to get me lean anymore.

Upping my nolvadex dose to 20mg eod and upping my femera dose back to 2.5mg eod.

All in all everything is good. Rest day tommorow. Good shit!
 
My conditioning has improved so much already in just these few weeks. I love it. I feel good. Day 5 of dieting and everything going as planned. ;)
 
Back, Biceps, and Forearms today. Gotta work from 8 til 7 today too. Woohoo a nice lil 11 hour shift. Work is going really good finally hit my first bonus this pay period. :D
 
Rest the whole weekend. Well I may do some light cardio on Sunday.

Monday - Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps

Tuesday - Legs and Abs

Wednesday - off

Thursday - Krav Maga

Friday - Back, Biceps, Forearms

Saturday - Krav Maga

Had a little cheat day today. Still clean foods just ALOT more of it. Feeling really full now. Tommorow is Easter and I'm sure I will eat alot as well but then it's back to my regular diet. Getting some injectable acetyl l-carnintine as well so we'll see how that little supplement works. :p
 
Didn't pig out today! Good shit. I turned down ALL desserts as well. Ahhhh I love this. This week I got alot of good workouts coming up. 2 weeks from tommorow next bf% test. I will definately be all nice and ripped up by summer. :D
 
BTW - Down to 1 1/4cc of test a week. Later when I get some more deca I will add 300mg/week of that as well. So this summer I will just stick to about 300mg/test along with 300mg/deca a week.
 
Had a good workout today. Trained legs. Later did abs and cardio/jump roped.

Noticing some really nice improvements physically already and it's only been a short time and I'm only taking a small dose of thermogenics on workout days pre-workout.(Not counting my Krav classes.)
 
Weighing in at 215 today. In 2 weeks I will weigh myself again as well as do another bodyfat check. Feeling really good.
 
Last night I had a little cheat meal before bed. Not so much the food I ate but the quantity of it. I ate 6 breaded chicken breasts with barbecue sauce and rice with watermelon. This morning I wake up and I look leaner and my muscles feel much fuller. I still weigh 215. Hopefully in 2 weeks I will be down to 210. Nice slow pace here. 200-205 goal weight by June. :)
 
Didn't do my Krav today since I covered someone's shift. Anyway trained chest, triceps, delts and abs today though. My recovery has improved greatly since I improved my overall conditioning. Next week I will go to my Krav class 3 times to make up for this week.

BTW - Also decided to up my pre-weight workout dose of md-6 to 2 pills instead of just one I was taking before and before my Krav classes I will take 1 pill of md-6 as well.
 
That's cool that you're taking Krav Maga. It's always nice to know how to take care of yourself physically without just resorting to the I have bigger stronger muscles attitude. Cuz I've seen that shit backfire BIG time lol. You'll probably find out real quick that too much size hinders speed, flexibility, endurance and coordination in any martial arts or combatitive sport. Of course, having too little blows too. Bruce Lee actually bulked up pretty well to 168lbs, but he dropped it all when he realized it made him slower and hindered some of his fighting ability. Keep in mind what is more important to you, Krav Maga or bodybuilding. It's damn near impossible to maintain peak performance in more than one discipline for a long period of time and one can detract from the other. As long as you don't full on spar more than once a week and study technique 1-2 times a week then you shouldn't have a problem progressing in both, but take it easy on 1 or the other here and there if you do alot of full on sparring 1 week or some seriously taxing lifting. I hope you enjoy it and remember to use it responsibly. Full on sparring is great because it shows you just how destructive the human body can be, but at the same time how fragile. Keep going. :dance2:
