sprained wrist

so about a week ago i slipped on wet cobblestone and landed badly on my wrist. It hurt intensely for the next few days, but i am fairly confident it is not broken. It has slowly been getting better and better, but now it still hurts when there is alot of pressure on it (i.e. if i am laying down and push myself up with my hands). Anything like a pushup or benchpress i fear would hurt a shitload, but i hate to be out of the gym this long (going on 3 weeks). What do you think? Should i just go to the gym and hope for the best, let it rest for another week or so or what?
 
Make a list of everything that you CAN do...

...I bet it is a long one.
