spot injects are impossible............

how do you guys work out like this? everywhere I inject I create an impossible situation. I try to inject a muscle on the day I'm going to work it, because if you do it before, the muscle is almost incapacitated. But then you fuck with some body part later in the week. Monday, injected pecs........by wednesday......my right pec was fucked. Doing deadlifts made it feel like it was ripping out.............totally fucked my back workout. Friday is arms day for me.........so I injected in my bi's. Left bi has been fucked all weekend. All I've been doing all fucking weekend is rubbing and heating my fucking bi so that it'll be serviceable by monday. It feels like it might be loosening up a bit now, but if it doesn't get better I may have to wait till tuesday to do chest. At first I thought it was just pain I could work through, but what I quickly discovered is this internal swelling and bruising caused by these spot injects make the muscle weaker.......unable to carry it's usual load. Wed. was case in point with my pec fucking up my deadlifts. If my bi is still the same tommorrow, it could potentially cause a disastrous strength imbalance when I bench and maybe tear something..............I'm totally at an end with this. It might be orals for me for now on. I swear to god, if they made dildo's that dispensed roids in your anus...........I would take that over these crippling injects. I mean I'm constantly limping everywhere............how long can I tell people its a charlie horse in my quad...........that somehow has stayed around two weeks? AAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH :mad:

It was more of a rant anyway, I already asked for advice on doing this. I'm shooting prop and NPP, 150 on the prop and 100 on the NPP EOD. At first I thought it was the NPP..........but I just shot my bi's on friday with 50mg's of prop........the other 50 plus the NPP went into my ass........which also isn't feeling that great, but it's manageable. It sucks because in the short time I've been doing this, I've noticed some really good gains in my pecs and quads.........especially my right pec, which was always a little bit behind because of a pec tear I had. But it's like I have to sacrifice certain muscle groups for the week. Oh yeah, 25g pins
 
yes it would help tremendously if you used full sentences instead of one over ran fucking paragraph.....and disclosed what type of gear you're injecting,how often,how many cc's and what size pin you've been using.

@ your "It might be orals for me for now on."good luck with that and your liver just phoned and wants to know what the fuck you're thinking.

why don't you try injecting into your goddamned triceps,traps,quads,and glutes instead of opting for your fucking biceps and pecs?you do know that sustainable growth from site injections is pure fucking myth don't you?

and hate to break the fucking news but working a muscle group right after injection is the best way to keep the pain to a minimum..........if you can't handle the fucking pain stop fucking cycling,bro.

LOL...........I don't understand the "swelling and bruising".....how long of a pin are you using??.....you need to go deeper into the muscle with a longer pin like 1.5"??

I guess I should have stated that the whole reason I had to start shooting other muscle groups was because this cycle was tapping out my glutes. I always shot into my glutes and had no problems.

so your glutes got overused.you've still got your triceps,traps,delts,lats and calves.the way you're fucking whining about your quads do yourself a favor and don't try your calves,I hate to see a grown man cry.

of course the frequency and dose would go down when you used orals otherwise your liver would be toxic as fuck............PINS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND

I'll probably try delts...........but no the rest, no way........you're fuckin crazy. Traps? Lats?.......how do you even see what you're doing? I don't know about you bro..........but I've gotten to a size that makes reaching some of these muscles a little bit of a project. Pinning my lats is almost completely out of the question due to the fact there's no way I could see shit when I aspirate..........I already feel like a gymnast pinning my glutes. And as I said, the pain is tolerable.....albeit annoying. But the muscle being weakened is getting to be dangerous, especially with the weight I'm pushing.
 
In resume, I think you don't know how to shoot properly. Maybe wrong pin, maybe not too deep, maybe not the right spot im the muscle, etc. Besides that, you are using difficult places like bis and pecs. Use glutes, lats, delts, legs.

About frequency, believe it or not, it would be better to increase it. Go ED, that way every shot is smaller; it will disipate faster from that site.

If you go: right glute, left glute, right delt, left delt, right lat, left lat, right quad, left quad, with ED injections, you'll use your right glute again in the 9th day wich is a long time to recover from 1-1.5ml

Review your procedure; maybe you re not using the right spot in the muscle; look at drawings, try to avoid veins in the surface.

yeah, this was out of necessity that I started doing this. I've been doing glute injections for years WITH NO PROBLEMS. It's just this recent cycle, and I think the NPP has something to do with it........
 
lats traps quads pecs glutes is my mainstay!! use a mirror for what you can't see and use one hand inject for what you can't reach. let's say left lat for example... sit on the edge of your bathroom counter that puts the mirror at an angle where you can look over your shoulder an see you injection site comfortably at an angle somewhere around 8-9 o'clock. take your pin in your right hand, grab your right elbow with you left hand an help pull it over across your body. this allows for your pecs to relax and get better reach if you just try to reach across your body the pec will flex making a much more difficult reach. jab your site... watch in the mirror as you aspirate with your thumb... and then shoot your gear and pull the pin out... there you go that's a lat inject!! same method for trap injects!!
