spot injections

i know there there are sites i can go to for injection spots.if your doing spot injections with finaplix-h should you do 1cc as a totall shot and just stick it in that mucsle or should you .5cc and hit both sides of your body in whichever muscle you are targeting or does it really matter were you put it? please respond

Just do the 1cc in a single spot and the next 1cc the following day in the opposite spot (example: right quad/left quad).

The only time that you would do something on both sides was if you were using a lot of gear, or maybe something with high BA and the pain kept you from using too much in one spot. If your doing ED injections I would pick 4 injection sites to use. For example say you wanted your shoulders to grow more you could do R delt, R quad/glute, L delt, L quad/glute. That is just one of my personal prefrences, sometimes a day between each shot isnt enough for me(site is still sore). That method also keeps you from building up as much scar tissue.

www.spotinjections.com is one of the best sites out there(just as mvmaxx suggested) for injection info..make sure you follow everything they say carefully(dont listen to your friends if they say "I dont aspirate, you dont really need to"...or things like "you can use pins twice, they are just trying to make money and sell more of them")

I hate that lump after the fina shot, so I usually do 2 separate .5cc injections. Only in small muscles though: calves, bis, tris.

I don't care if I have to 3 or 4 injections in a day.
