My motel room is listed at $49 per night plus tax etc... Staying Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night.
My registration has been covered and I have been able to purchase a few things that I needed to have in order to compete with the $$ that has already been sent to me.
Other than my room...I am only in need of very minor things: ammonia caps, icy hot, absorbine jr, travel food, gatorade, etc...
I can not thank EVERYONE enough...serious.

Thanks Spatts...thank you a lot. One of my greatest fears is not only letting myself down but letting Elite down too. So many people have given all of their support so that I can compete here...so many people.
I'm starting to feel "edgy". I was supposed to do box squats today and speed bench on Friday...but of course I'm taking this week off to recover for the contest...so I am "itching" to train. By Saturday I may kill someone

This contest may be close for me. I think I can finally pull it off $ wise. One sponsor was supposed to take care of ALL travel expenses but I haven't heard from them in nearly a month. They have always come through in the past though...so who knows.
A friend send a contribution in the mail today...and I did get yours. You don't have to do that...ever. Very much appreciated.

Not on ESPN or ESPN2. That is ONLY one contest a year that they show on TV which is more of a Television Show than a contest...
