Hi, I'm fed up of being the skinny guy out of all my friends now who are all in good shape, most have used steroids. I've bought some sust 250, 10ml. Just wondering about the following:

1) should I do it once or twice a week in 1ml doses

2) is hcg enough post cycle or do I need to use it with something else

My mate is going to help me train as he knows what he's doing and is gonna tutor me.

I'm roughly 6ft 1ins and 11st

Sorry if you get these alot but would really appreciate some advice
 
Welcome....AAS isnt always the answer...How old are you for starters and post up your diet please...if your diet is not in check your just wasting your time/money on AAS.
 
Hcg is used while on cycle to make pct easier 250iu 2wice a week.

Unleashed/Post cycle 3 caps each ed (Need To Build Muscle Inc.

Sust is good in one dose if your planning on doing 2ml a week then do it once a week at 2ml in one shot. 500mg/wk should be good im guessing this is your first cycle?

And some advice for you friend,
This is something that you are doing to your body. It really would be best if you educated yourself as to what is what. Your bud may mean well but he is not the one that will have to live through and deal with the side effects that you will get from your cycle..
There is all kinds of educational info right here on EF that is open to you. Please for your own sake make good use of it and study and research it.
There is cycle info and pct inf as well as diet and workout info. Just use the search function and have at it.
Please do yourself this favour and take this advice before you use any compounds.

Yeah it is my first cycle. I'm 22, been training for roughly 3 years now and not seen much gain. I'm going on 2 holidays this year so any gain will really help before I go, the first being in June!

My diet was never really strict, I love chicken, tuna, salmon and all the good foods so that was never a problem. But since Christmas I've cut out all the crap so it is strict now.
 
How many times a day are you eating? How much protein/cals/fats/carbs? Do you stick to a meal plan or just eat whatever/whenever? How many pounds is 11 stones?
 
Most will tell you to do nothing because you are too young and too inexperienced, but I'm sure alot of people on here were as well. My fitst cycle ever was sust 500mg / wk( weds, sat ) for 12 weeks. and I gained some great muscle. At least wait until you get a few more bottles and can run it 10 - 12 weeks.
 
If I were u I would spend time reading on EF as it's far easier preventing problems than trying to cure them. I speak from personal experience
