soreness/swelling common?

I just started my first cycle (test-only, brovel t200 to be exact) last week. I took 1cc in my left cheek tuesday and another 1 1/2cc in my left cheeck on friday. The shot from tuesday got a little sore after a day and stayed that way for a day or two but the shot from friday hurts more, is slightly red, and when I massage it I can kind of feel a little bump (not really hard though). It is not late Sunday night and it seems to have been slowly swelling just a little throughout the day. Could this be an abcess forming or is this fairly common. Ive read a lot of other posts related to this and based on what I learned I think I might just be a little harmless swelling from 1st shot and will hopefully suhside after a couple days w/ heat applied and massage.

Another unrelated question. Are there any alternatives to arimidex that will keep water retention down. Will Nolva or proviron work? Also, what are some other anti-estrogens besides those I mentioned and clomid (I can't seem to find ANY from anyone I know!)? I have already started my cycle and would like to get something as soon as possible (or should I just stop until I find one?).

well depending on the individual you can feel fucked up on test.
i am on test my self and my ass hurts as well. the key is not to
put more than one cc at a time for reasons like what happened to
you. how much test do you wanna take per week? proviron will help
with gyno and water retention. dont fortget to throw milk thistle in
to make it a bit easier on your liver. if i were you i would look into
getting the liquidex! ASAP is this your first cycle?

to answer your question clearly, yes swelling and soreness is common.
dont trip to hard on it. NO PAIN NO GAIN!

From my own experience I can say that the deeper you get the needle in the less likely you will have soreness/swelling.

Makes sense cause all I had was 1 1" 21g needle (I will be getting sterile ones before I shoot again).
