Something I am tired of

People posting, seemingly seeking "advice" when all they are really doing is seeking justification. If you ask advice, and then people advise against what you had in mind, and you say "well but..." stop wasting everyone's time! you want to do something, then do it. Don't post a thread here 6 weeks later saying "Shit! Guys! Need Help!" I'm tired of it, so from now on I am only posting on people's threads encouraging them to make mistakes. Afterall, that is the answer you are all looking for.

Ok, I am joking, I am not going to really give bad advice. But...I don't know how many of you guys keep your patience day in/day out. Better people than I am.

i took the advice and saving my gear like was suggested...but i see your point. You shouldn't go in trying to coax what you want to hear out of someone this is serious stuff

I usually give advice once. If someone keeps asking until they get the answer they want I'll either ignore it, or call him on it. Tends to be the guys with 3 posts mostly.

You have to have a big heart to deal with people. If you don't and I see you being an asshole to newbs I will ban your ass. Its as simple as that.

What pisses me the fuck off more. is people who soon forget they were new too. People who bitch about new guys asking shit they were asking not to long ago. People who forget they were hard headed not to long ago. And I often pull up there old post and threads and stick them in there face right before I ban them for being so hypocritical.

How soon everyone forgets what it was like being the new guy. How soon everyone forgets what it was like thinking you were going to do what you wanted to do. HOw fucking soon. So much so that people forget what there old threads and post even look like.

Not saying you. But this looking down, this talking down, this I am better and know more then the new guy shit will fucking end. Or I will ban everyone in site and not think twice about it.

What do you mean I should snort dbol, adrol and cheque drops??? Let me ask again until someone makes me feel that it is ok to do this. Perhaps a vagrant wiping his ass with his hat behind a supermarket.

Yeah, I don;t think ryno's complaint was about newbies asking the same old questions, but about people looking for validation to do something stupid.

ryno's Is a good man and I know this. We have even spoke a few times. I was just saying that post in general. Thought it was a good time to say it. Sorry Ryno if it looked like I was picking on you. You know I love you my man,. You are my boy. Helped me out a few times.

Actually i think that our fist and most important task is to help prevent beginners from hurting themselves.

In the face of the whole validation-of-idiocy issue we should make this board the place where bullshit hits the wall of common sense. Which i think is what a lot of the vets here are all about anyway.

I'm very grateful for the education this board has given me and i've tried to pass it on the best i could.

I think people responds better to being addressed respectfully whether they be noobs or vets so that is what i try to do.

Some motherfuckers always be trying to skate uphill

This is a good point. When providing advice try to first see the issue from their perspective (and we were all there once). It generates compassion for them and then you can type your reply out of that feeling.

Therefore providing the same information, just in a different tone.

This also sets a good example for them and other members.

Not that i've always lived up to this standard, but i've been trying.

most likely they are posting to get input on something they have already decided on by speaking with, or reading from other experienced users.

you should take their defense of their impropper protocols as a challenge. drop some biology info. some science behind your reasoning. make them think twice about their potential mistake, rather than the whole "your a noob and dont know what your doing" approach.

but then again, maybe you shouldnt give any advice, ever, if you cant handle a human's natural reaction to defend their original ideas (or in this case steroid protocols).

Okay, I'll bite.

If someone says "Hey, I don;t know dick about lifting weights but I want to take 500 mgs of Anadrol a day so I can get muscles. Is that good? If so, how do I space out the dosages?" Then when everyone tells him it's the wrong approach, he keeps asking how to space out the dosages.

I think that's what we're talking about here. It happens often.

They have already made up their mind what they are going to do, they just want to hear one person say its not stupid.

think about it like this. guy orders 2 bottles of test, 1 bottle of tren, and a bottle of dbol caps. he doesnt know how much of each to take but he knows that hes gonna take all 3 of them regardless of what you say. if he tells you that hes 19, you will tell him hes too young, but god knows hes gonna do it anyways. he doesnt care about his diet, he just knows of the popular steroids (test dbol, tren, winny) and he wants to take them to get huge. the best thing to do, imo, is ignore him or give him advice on how you would run the stack. telling him to come back in a few years after he gets his weight training and such isnt really doing anything. tbh, if you dont give him the advice he wants to hear, then someone else will. its just the same as people saying, "whats the best cutting cycle", i know that the best cutting cycle is iet and cardio, but they dont want to hear that, they want you to tell them, take a low dose test, tren, eq, anavar, and winny, also throw in t3 and clen and youll be ripped. the thing is, once he realized he wasted all his money on all those gear and he still doesnt hae abs, then maybe hell listen. its all about trial and error, sometimes you just gotta let people learn by themselves instead of protecting them. then hell start to think "maybe something missing, ive used every cutting steroid possible in one cycle and im still not cut", that something is DIET and CARDIO, there is no way around this.

Well being new i think i have the experience..or lack there of lol..to chime in...I know i have asked several quetions both in threads, and in PM's...and to be honest probably pestered needtoo till he wants me to go away. I have taken all advice into consideration and to be honest some guys on here are way smart in the field AAS and fitness in general. YOu are right that a lot of times they just want to hear someone tell them its ok to do what they had in mind. I hope that the vets out there feel it is there responsibilty to give GOOD advice. When you have "mentor" or "chairman of board" or any other title of leadership there is a burden that goes with that...people (like me) look to you to have good, sound, backed up facts to help me explore this site for advice. If a new person has pissed you off that is unfortunate...kinda like with kids...sometimes you have to have patience, but no matter what dont give bad advice on purpose. No one is making you reply...you should just not respond and say nothing before you say something you know is wrong.....just my .02
