SO very ditto. I live in an apartment by myself, but its a good neighborhood, very quiet here. I particularly like not having to worry about inspections (i used to live in barracks).

it sure seems good right about now,I can never get a fuckng moment here alone,it seems like someone is always around,I wake up,my mom is here,dad to if he isnt working,they goto do my moms contract,sister comes home,dad and sister goto bed mom is up,mom goes to bed,dad gets up, and then the cycle starts over.

I agree my man,people here have been telling me this for years,and now Im at a time in my life its possible,and Ive got two buddies I could live with who dont annoy me who are looking to move out on their own aswell

my advice is to get your OWN place.. live alone.. i've lived w/ some of, what i thought, best friend and by the time u move out you hate each other and end up screwing each others girlfriends and never speak again! could just be my experience but most everyone i know regrets moving in w/ their "good" friends

alone would be nice but I wont be able to afford that and around here the difference between a one bedroom and a two is so small it would be stupid not to have a roomie,plus the one guy is a paramedic and is always working or at his girlfriends who lives over a hour away so it would be like I have the place to myself 95% of the time

ya thats the same here.. prices r like 40 bucks difference per month PLUS u split utilities ontop of rent so you save alot more.. try it out man.. id suggest a 6month lease dont jump into a year lease on ure first move outta the house.. could cause problems!

Im definately looking at a short of lease as possible because with both of our careers we could end up having to move,I could be heading out west and he might decide to transfer closer to his mrs
