Some new pics and old pics

Hey everyone,

Ive been away for a while. Here is my yahoo photo account. There are some older pics in there of what I looked like when i began. And there are some from April and May of this year, very recent pics. Im back from a 2 mos layoff due to some pelvic muscle tension problems. Ive been cleared to lift light and that blows. Therefore I havent really increased my cals too too much yet. Basically three clean meals and two Beveryl Ultra Size shakes and some Mass Maker for afterwards. But Im taking no aminos or liver with my meals and these used to be staples of my supplement program.

Im 5'6" and right now about 157lbs. I normally go about as lean as I am now and 170, so Im down quite a bit. As I get to train heavier I hope it comes back. One thing Im glad is I did was stay clean on my diet during the layoff. I moved it down to 2200 cals from 3600 and only ate 3 squares a day and one protein shake during the layoff. I think it served me well, as I may be smaller but Im still in decent shape. Im also natural. Thanks for any comments or critiques you may have.

looking good for that weight. Try to hit the 200lbs and youl'll be a huge monster :chomp:

Thanks for the compliments, sometimes its hard to see the progress without pics ya know.

And yes the April 04 pics are 157 lbs or so; I have a really small bone structure look at my wrists, ankles and knees; add okay muscle bellies and you can look pretty big at a small weight. The most ive ever weighed is 181 but i was about 13%, I filled my clothes too well, but I didnt really like that look on me. So after the last show I decided to gain slowly. Right now Im only training light due to a weird medical issue, and the gains are very slow at best. But I truck on.
