ok, some new pics.....i am much happier with this past weeks progress.....using yohimburn, and back on clen for 2 weeks. abs are poking through even when relaxed, seeing more cuts in the legs (need to find a place to take pics of the legs, cuz wehere i take these the light really washes them out)

yohimburn seems to be helping too, gonna keep cranking the diet down, hopefully i will continue to make this kind of progress.

I don't understand, you keep cutting but your arms stay the same size, that's always a huge problem for me.. I think you are to the point where any additional cuts are going to be really noticable cause there's not much left to go.

does the 'mbuuuuurn give you energy?

Yeah I have the same problem with my arms. When I'm bulking or just maintaining they are my best feature, but when I start to cut they seem to whither away. Of course I could just be overcritical of myself too.

well. am guessing the anabolics are to thank for the arms and overall mass retention......i think they've actually gotten somewhat bigger since i started dieting, and certainly vascular.

yohimburn doesn't really pep me up too much....i'm using the df formula, but i stay tweeked on caffiene all day :coffee: and other things.

i think the mbuuurn is working though

Great progress man! I can really see improvement especially in your back. Striations across your shoulders are great. I'm sure in no time you'll shed the small amount of stomach fat and have great abs. Just stick with it, I'm rooting for ya!

P.S. Arms look mean!

i agree....they used to dominate my physique, and my upper body was spindely......spent the past year or so really focusing there, and a knee surgery has hampered the legs too.

but, i do need to start focusing on them, becuase now i think they look small.....it's been tough though. i think i'm going to start incorporating single leg movements to bring them up to speed. one leg squats, ect.
 
You got some powerful arms! Really define you and makes you stand out. If anything, i would probably work on the shoulders and bring out the chest a bit. Bottom and middle looks great.
 
looking good orb, really shows that you're gettin leaner. nice taper too! how big're those arms and legs rob? legs seem to lag just a tad...

how the hell are you geting bad as results, i've been cutting for 2 months and i haven't seen shit. whats your stat? and how many cals, pro, carb, fat you eat?? and what the hell is yhimburn?

check your diet holmes.....if you ain't losing, you're eating too many cals, plain and simple

well, lets see.....i gained 8lbs of water on vacation, lost most of it, and put another 8lbs on this weekend...:lmao:

so, i'm back up to 230....lol...wanna see some pics of me going backwards?

after i lose this water again, i'll post some up. probably next sunday. gotta get the diet back on track

i been working out for years and years off and on.......not eating very well usually though. the past 2 yrs or so, i've really gotten serious about it
