Its BECAUSE BECAUSE racism ONLY works on the MACRO level, it only works when you DONT know the person. On the MICRO level, you'll see that the color of a person's skin does NOT make one bit a difference!!!
They are either a good person,,,,or a bad person. I have met as a percentage of friends, that more often they have been blacks, not whites as my best friends for the majority of my life, not b/c of their skin color, but b/c on a MICRO level, the good fun friendly people, just tended to have that complexion. No more, no less to the argument. And they were ALOT smarter than the idiots that sometimes post here

There's something to be said for humility, I always got sick of some nineteen year old kid in university that takes a class and knows it all, hops on the web and posts his "new" theories, things that have been used as an educated person for propaganda and denigration by many groups as history is littered with examples. First you label them as a group, then you assign a traits, you generalize them, it works especially well with people with large noses, say the jews and their facial features, or someone with a different color skin. Or mongoloid russian facial features. Its happened throughout history, to take an intellectual approach to say that every black man has a large penis b/c in porn movies they were exposed to, black guys have a big dick, but if you were a psychologist and had to see a black patient with a small penis, how would you comfort them and discuss with them, on a professional level that having a small penis is not the end of the world. Oh, that situation definitely made me humble and realize my place in this country. I will never forget it.

I see the generalizations re: traits posted all the time. Coming from a major city like NYC, I've seen people of different colors and backgrounds and traits. I've posted this before, but I get asked all the time what country I'm from. People approach me speaking different languages. I can't believe people are not aware of this.

You are right, on a MICRO level it doesn't make a difference. Unfortunately, so many of us (people) are not on this level. Why do you not have to know the person for racism to work? Why can't the MICRO way of thinking be applied to all? Am I naive for thinking this?

Yes. People look for commonality. Ways to group people. If not race, then they will use another method. Just look at all EF posters....

Well hammy, if you ask me, I'd agree that there probably is a genetic reason for differences in athletic performance between ethnicities. What is the cause that can be associated with it? I don't know.

No my dear, the MICRO approach is what makes America such a strong country and the best nation in the world despite the Macro political issues that piss off ethnic groups.
My current best friend is Spongebob, but he lives in Texan, and I usually write on bathroom walls, "here I sit, my butt's a flexin', giving birth to another texan" Some of my best friends come from Texas, my best friend where Im at is Pakistani, but coworkers, a close dear friend is a redhead, but others are all different colors and nationalities. In medicine, it makes no difference Macro, who you are, its all Micro. My most interesting patients are old people or immigrants b/c they tell me about where they came from, where's the best place in their country. Why they moved here, why they think this is the best place in the world. Then you have some white kid with liberal guilt that hates the US. Imran, my best friend from pakistan was in Kuwait when Saddam invaded, his parents live there. These people are as real as you and I and they want freedom. Hearing his stories of fleeing to Turkey and his uncle fleeing back to pakistan and all of this shit makes you realize that the US is no longer a place with huge walls. We live in an International community, you have selfish fucks saying that we are fucking the US people b/c we want people to be free from tyranny.Well guess what? They may just be your neighbor that you liberated in the future, or your coworker. I cant tell you how many Indian friends I have, great people!

yea i agree, genetics and to some degree environment. that about sums it up alright next topic: why do women score lower than thier male counterparts in mathmatics and the sciences.
