IP ban is when you are banned from making other usernames and trying to log on here once your current user name is banned. In other words you are banned without the possibility of parole..lol
Usually what I do when I mod on another site I do an IP ban wait few days cuz smart asses will use like their friends or work IPs and ban them too.
