Im 6 ft 195. I came up with 2 numbers 3169 and 3526, depending on my lvl of activity. I lift about 5-6 a week and do cardio about 4-5 a week and a day of yoga. If I decide to cut and eat say 3000 do I include the cardio into that? So if I burn 300 calories doing cardio do I eat 300 more calories to stay at 3000 or not eat and stay at 2700.
Also trying to figure out my pro,carb,fat split. If its 40/40/20 it would be 1200/1200/600 or basically 300/300/66.6 grams per. I already eat healthy and get about 300 g protein a day but im just trying to tighten up my diet.
