so i upped the dose mid cycle and wow

i started my cycle on 10/05 it will end on 12/05

test prop 150mg eod
winny depot 50mg ed
monsterdrol 2 caps ed
dermacrine ed
nolvadex 10mg ed

for the 2nd and beginning of the 3rd wk. i was gaining good then i was a little sick for a couple days and lost 8lbs. i brought my weight back to 1 lb more than i was for my present weight of 217lbs but its not budging.

so i upped the test. now im on the same as above but the test is now 200mg eod and man what a difference i feal like im on steroids lol. my stregnth shot up. im hoping this will start the gains again. i want to get up to 230 or more from it if i can.

any of you guys do this before? will it work?

i think that 230 is probably a little optimistic but who am i to judge. eat right and train right and see what happens!
 
My first time was Test Ethanate 250 wk, after 4 weeks i saw very little results i upped it to 500 wk and WOW!
The difference was like night & day!
That was many, many yrs ago . but remember if you can make gains on 250 wk do it! Insane amounts will not work wonders, the magic key is training, diet & rest! there is no magic formula.Gear is just 20% of the equation.

radar i completley agree with you..its mostly about diet and training.. i was one of thsoe idiots that did dbol only cycles when i was 18...i got gains but nearly nothing... my diet was off.. most of what i gained was fat..and then i researche for a few years..and im doing alot better!

calories may be a problem ive been getting 5000 but i will try upping again my bf hasnt climbed any we'll see what happens.
 
what are your macro's at 5000 cal ed? just curious man!
That's 700mgs of test ew when taking 200 eod, when it comes out from 525 test if 150 eod. That'll work.

perfect example that 250mg a week of test is a joke. great for cruising or HRT maybe
 
i dont have a cycle log here. i will make one for my next cycle. i eat beef with most meals sometimes i eat eggs or chicken. i eat complex carbs(mostly ezekeal bread, oats, brown rice) only with all meals exept first of the day and post w/o beginning of day i eat about 20 g of sugar and post w/o i eat about 60g of sugar. im currently eating 7 meals per day not counting what i eat or drink or both before i leave the gym. depending on the day i will eat 500g+ of protein 800g+ of carbs 60g+ of fat 50g+ of fiber 1 1/2+ gal. of water.
 
Why Nolva on cycle and not an AI?


i was taking .5mg adex eod and started to get gyno so i added the nolva. i decided after the gyno cleared to try to just take the nolva ans see how it goes. as far as i can tell all is good.
 
the only extra side i am having now is i am sweating easier and oozing that freaking oil non stop. stregnth is up a lot as far as i can feal. its like my muscles are enraged but im not. (walking fast, shutting doors to hard, f'ing like im going for a new land speed record) i cant wait to hit the weights in about 16 hours. i have upped my cals to as long as today goes as planned i will have eaten 6200. if that dont get me another big gain then i will quit :D

just a quick update the increase in test did not work. comparing the 2 cycles i have done it seems to me that i am going to make a big gain (so far 1 was 8lb and 1 was 10lb) in my first few weaks then maybe get another few lbs for the rest of the cycle. i am now going to try short cycles go big with high doses get my big gain then stop and run a massive pct and get tested make sure my natty test levels are good and jump right back on again. i looking for about 3wks on and 4wks off. that is my goal at least anyway. once i get a few things worked out and see if i can get 2 more inches on my biceps i may stay on and go 2wks on 2wks hrt.

maybe i worded it bad. my first cycle i gained about 10 lbs between wk 2-3 then pretty much nothing from wk 3-6. this cycle the same exact thing was happening. i dont want to be on if im not gaining so i ended the cycle. if the cycle is shorter in time then pct can also be easier resulting in a shorter off time meaning more cycles per yr. more muscle gained per yr. this is similar to the cycles i have heard of where they never come off they run hrt doses and every month or so they run a a real short cycle of a much higher dose. whatever its called blitz? or blast? i dont know. the only difference is i would come off and stay off until i have recovered fully then go back on again. i would use pp stack, post cycle, unleashed, nolva, hcg, letro, clomid, whatever pct i needed depending on the cycle. i would get tested to make sure my levels are good then go back on. do you see anything wrong in this?
 
taking that prohormone and the winny together even if injected for that long can't be good for ya. I'm sure someone else said srop the nolva for an AI.

i was using adex for my ai but got gyno so i started taking nolva to clear the gyno. i dropped the adex to see if i even needed it and i didnt. unfortunately i had to run the nolva to clear up the gyno
