What the title says and i'm also one of 2 personal trainers, it's open for 1 and half months, it's a small space of 2000 sq ft and we already have 38 customers, only 6 of them are guys, how can i keep it professional, without looking like an asshole?

Exactly that's my idea for keeping it running smoothly, but some of them are go go girls, bartenders and strippers.
