What the title says and i'm also one of 2 personal trainers, it's open for 1 and half months, it's a small space of 2000 sq ft and we already have 38 customers, only 6 of them are guys, how can i keep it professional, without looking like an asshole?

With only 2000 sq feet, you want to have as few guys as possible. You don't want it loud and smelly in there, otherwise your female clients will find some place else.
