Yep it's the same thing, "my ex use to beat me" "my ex use to cheat on me" "my ex treated me so terrible" i.e. "please, I need you to feel sorry for me so I can get your sympathetical attention"

Just b/c I didn't reveal I cheated doesn't mean I was hiding a thing, it just means I didn't make it anyone biz until today.
I cheated once and never again. The last guy I was with, I was 101% faithful and he cheated on me many times.
