Thanks for the update.

What's the rule on pictures? I see pictures of people (myself specifically) re-posted a lot. Personally I don't care, if I post a picture on the internet, I lose control over it. If someone has pictures posted on myspace, they frequently end up on other sites.

Remember the hooker that the NYC mayor was with? Her myspace pictures were posted on CNN!

Also, for names. Can we use first names? Yes, no? Again I don't care if people call me Brian. I don't want my last name posted simply so I don't show up on google searches and what not.

I am not asking to be a pain. Kak was a member here who posted pictures of himself.

I'm not a lawyer and I don't know what is legal and what is not.

What I do understand is that if you put your pics on the internet. You will lose control over them, because they can be copied at will and posted in one of millions of websites. (thats why I never do it myself)

I don't know what is legal and what is not. I can see the news disclose your name against your will, even if you haven't been convicted of a crime, your name is made into muddyshit by the media as soon as the arrest happens. Even if you are declared innocent later.


Again... I don't know. But I did what I felt I could, by asking you guys to remove private photos and names that were not made public by the owner of such names and photos... I don;t know if it is legal or not, but just seems like common sense.
