Woot, youre pretty mad right now and so this post is going to sound a bit psychobabbleish, but reading it and thinking of it when youre feeling calm might help
A loss experience involves the following five stages of emotional response: (1) denial, (2) bargaining, (3) anger, (4) despair, (5) acceptance.
they dont have to occur in this order, or last for the same amount of time each, but these are the normal phases you go through. knowing where youre at, and that theres another phase around the corner, might help you make some rational decisions that will lead to long term positive outcomes ie your desire to break every weight in the gym and mash kaks face wont last forever - but a criminal conviction, and feeling like a dick due to speaking out and acting like one (not that you are) - will.
