0430 (that 4:30 AM for you non-military folk) - alarm rings. I punch it, pop 2 cardiobreeze, take a leak, go back to sleep
0439 - alarm rings (Fucking snooze...) - I punch it, stumble to my feet, grab my water and MP3 player and stumble off to the gym.
0455 - standing outside the gym door, impatiently twitching
0500 - start the Stepmill. Normally I do 5 minute warmup, then 20 minutes of HIIT at 6/15 (levels) for 30/60 (seconds) on manual
0505 - warmup over, begin doing 6/15 for 30/60
0515 - get bored with that, kick it up to 8/18 for 40/80
0520 - up to 10/19
0525 - still going *cues the energizer bunny*, I notice in the mirror people are looking at me funny as I'm practically running "up the stairs"
0530 - finally slow down and do a 5-minute cool down
never "felt" a kickin. It was a slow acceleration and when it came time to hit it, it was like I was floating
so, bottom line - that is some good shit. and this is coming from a dude who has been on ephedrine or TRex for every damn day for the last 4 months
only issue i got was some mini-burps that tasted like bleh.
