I don't have the net at home anymore so I've been having trouble getting pics on here. Camera phone is all I have for now. Not real good clarity, but you get the picture.

6'00", 205 lbs, probably back up to around 10%bf in this pic.

I know I still have a lot of work to do, but I wanted something on here to get feedback and help with my progress. That's what we're all here for right? Thanks fellas!

lookin good krishna, a front flex would be nice so we can see your delts and outer arms. inner biceps could use some size, either that or your not really flexing. pretty jacked and lean keep it up man
 
I have a cheap fuggin' digi-camera that takes crappy pics. The shit only works in the sunlight and if there is a lamp or light like right next to the object! :Chef: :tuc:

Thanks Bruce. Ya, I'll have to take some more soon. It's hard to find a decent pose when you have to hold the camera too. I don't think I was really flexing in that one, or at least I don't think that pose did my bi's justice. I'll get some more up soon hopefully.
 
i feel ya got a camera phone only, and just like krish its real hard to take the pic while flexing cause it gets blurry if you move.

yea it doesn't look like your flexing krish. thats my hardest part to get good though is inner biceps. you look great though bro, honestly the pics that have been being posted lately have all been very solid.

What exactly do you mean by compound movements? Thanks for the coment. I'll take some more soon....this one makes me look skinny IMO.
 
Lookin good krishna. Not the best angle for showing mass, but you look pretty solid. We almost have the same stats, you're a bit leaner though (I'm 6'0" 212 @ ~14%BF right now). Compound movements just means anything that requires multiple muscles/joints...like squats, chins, deadlifts, etc.

i think digi cams make solid lean people look a bit more skinnier than they are, ahowever fat people look fatter, weird huh?
looking great! id agree with others, bring up chest and bi's a bit, and also agree, we all need to bring those up, as they are "showcase" parts
compound movements = millitary press, bench press, squats etc, where you use multiple muscle groups to do excersise... these are the "mass builders" where we should be stacking on the plates

looking really good and cut krishna. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. I have a similar body except i have a little more fat around the stomach! :( What are your workout routines? diet?

I barely even work my stomach anymore. If you want abs, it's all about the diet and cardio bro.
 
I took a couple more. I'll try to post them tonight! I couldn't get any good shots of my legs. This girl said she'd take some full body shots for me with a good digital in a week or two, so I'll get some good ones on then.
 
I already knew my chest was my weak point. I want to hit it hard on my next cycle in about a month. Anyone got any suggestions?
