Smallville Episode #6

Just downloaded and saw episode 6. Holy shit - that ending was awesome. Lex Luthor making all the sunflowers wither and then all the blood raining down. He killed the old lady when she saw his future.

Those kryptonite mutated supervillains are starting to get boring though... I'd rather start seeing Clark just save the random guy falling out of a building or crashing into a lake or something. Can't wait till we see him find out more about his past and when he learns how to fly. =)

That was a good episode as usual. I agree with Warik about the villains being boring. I'd like to see some villains that make repeat appearances and don't go away so easily. Watching him discover his powers and the powers developing, is one of the best parts. Flying and the laser eyes are what I'm looking forward to. It'd be cool to see Clark or some of the villians breakout some costumes too.

According to the WB, Clark will never wear the superman outfit in the show.

Which is cool, because no kid in high school is ever going to agree to the outfit Superman wears as an adult.

It could be modernized though, like the rest of the show. He could have some blue, baggy, carpenter jeans, a blue wife beater, red doo-rag worn Tupac style and a chain with a big ass "S" charm that's all iced out.

I must say though, man. The end was fucking AWESOME.

You see Lex standing there all fine and happy in the field of sunflowers and I'm like: "Uhhh wtf? Lex grows up to be a flaming homo?" Then suddenly you see 10000000000 square miles of flowers wither and blood starts to rain from the sky with him in maniacal laughter. The old lady got taken down with ease.

Holy shit... the evil represented by that vision far exceeds anything we have seen in the movies or Lois & Clark series.... JUST TOO BAD WE WILL NEVER SEE IT ACTUALLY HAPPEN BECAUSE THE WB FUCKERS SAY CLARK WILL NEVER DON THE TIGHTS!!!!! =(

BTW: Am I the only one who has noticed the overabundance of kryptonite?

You see in the movies:

Bald Criminal Mastermind Lex Luthor: "I found this green rock in the middle of nowhere. It makes Superman weak. hah hah!"

You see on Lois and Clark:

Hairy Rich Fucking Lex Luthor: "I will pay you $10030249023432 for 1 gram of kryptonite."

Then you see on Smallville:

"WHOOPS I TRIPPED ON SOME KRYPTONITE AND FELL DOWN!!! COULD YOU HELP ME UP?"

"NO SORRY MY OTHERWISE PERFECTLY FRIENDLY SELF IS BUSY MUTATING INTO A SUPERVILLAIN WHO WILL NOT BE THE LEAST BIT CONCERNED WITH THE FACT THAT A HIGH SCHOOL KID IS THROWING ME ACROSS A CITY BLOCK ROUGHLY 25-30 MINUTES FROM NOW"

Otherwise... kickass show. =)

No no no. He did not kill her. She died from the shock of what she saw. He left te room shaken after, calling for help. Unlike Clark, no one else could see what she foresaw.

He indirectly killed her. She died from the shock of what she saw - his future.

It makes you kind of wonder how such a seemingly nice fellow as Lex Luthor will turn into the evil man who makes blood rain from the sky.
