In light of recent health downfalls yesterday and today I worked out for the first time since I had 4 workouts in August and before that before the show I was gonna do in May. Thats 6 workouts since May.

Only two bodyparts for 3 sets each yesterday and the same today but mentally it feels great to get back in and try once again and with muscle memory for as old as I am mine must have a pretty good memory so I will try to string this together and stay out of St Davids hospital where every nurse on the 4th floor knows me and my other half.

Would it not be cool to be able to train consitent, beat down my pancrease problems and go onsatge at the Lee Priest in April? Shit we all need something to motivate us why not that?
 
Hey Congrats...I think you should to do it(health permitting)Just do what you can when you can. Glad to see your feeling better, any update story to be expected?
