Anyone here sleep on the floor or a hard surface?
I did deadlifts last saturday and afterwards got an unnecessary contraction in my right erector muscle. Not bad, felt like the aftermath of a charlie-horse. For some reason, the thought of sleeping on the floor seemed attractive that night, and 9 hours later, my back was 100% (except for the proper soreness from deadlifts). Since then, I have been sleeping on the floor everynight. I just place a folded shirt under my side so my hip doesn't grind. Is there something to this phenomenon of sleeping on a hard surface or am I just a fool for coencidence?
