Sleeping issues- Non AAS related

Okay, Bros, let me ask this question.

Does anyone have issues getting enough sound sleep when either on or off? (Tren/clen users not included).

If you do, do you take anything to combat the issue?

For me, the more I lift or do cardio, it seems the less likely I am to hit the magical 7-8 hour number needed for full recovery. In fact, I'll be lucky to get in 5-6 solid hours which is not enough.

As you get older apnea is a problem,

Can not be treated with medication,

However certain medical appliances help.

Tried all of them and have found one that works.

Stress aside, I get a good 8-9 hours sleep every night now.

My mind hasn't been right ever since my girlfriend and I started having problems (and eventually broke up) and it's not getting much better. Sleeping is tricky because you can psyche yourself out so easily and convince yourself that you can't sleep. I have no problem falling asleep I just can't stay asleep and I'm up hours earlier than I used to sleep til.

The best advice I can offer is to never lay in bed when you're not sleeping. I listen to talk radio at night but that's definitely not for everyone.

What time are you working out? You need to have about 4-5 hours after you work out for your body to calm down for a good nights sleep. I used to work out late and I always had issues getting a good night sleep. Also, if you are taking any stimulants after 3:00 pm they could also be agrivating the issue.

If thats not the problem, try some OTC supplements like melatonin, P-Seven, Nytol, or a combination formula (valerian, hops, kava kava, etc.) from a good supplement company.

If that doesn't work than go with Ambien or Lunesta from a doctor.

Also try getting a few sleep hypnosis MP3's off the web to listen to before you go to bed. Some swear by them.

Good luck.
