he got 2nd place at the team universe bb championships tonight On the upside.. i took pics with victor martinez and fred bigot... got tons of free vitamins and protein bars... Other than that, the show was good, Conan was great company and i am now really motivated to get ready for a figure competition..

La Cour is respectable whether or not he uses gear or not. He has obviously put in some hard time in the gym to gain the respect that he has and has had for the past decade in this sport. He is basically the Dorian Yates or Ronnie Coleman of the natural scene as far as being #1 and his consistency level of top place finishes are concerned. Basically what I am getting at here is that MP5's statement made about as much sense as wheelchair football. peace

Havoc, my point is Lacour is no way natural. Look at his roid jaw. If you are going to juice atleast compete with the other guys that are on too. That is like you entering a teen bodybuilding championship and beating them all. Big deal.

I think skip lacour is full of shit, just like tito raymond, they claim to be natural but are using, why dont they suck it up and do real bbing, the guys wouldnt have a chance thats why!!!!!! I was at musclemag intl one day when dorian and frank sepe was there and they were interviewing amy fadhli and the guy asked her who was her fav bb, and she was like, "ohh tito raymond, he is so awesome, he is all natural and doesnt do drugs like the other guys he is so real" please I wanted to laugh at her, these natural guys claiming their juice and gh free, please..........its bullshit........they suck!

Actually Tito won his weight class last night... and frank sepe was there giving out trophies.. gotta say i was not that impressed with him in person... Jenny worth was also presenting trophies in this tight ass tube dress which was very unflattering for her which is a shame because she is a great competitor who usually looks great. But i was disappointed skip lost... And all natural simply means "at the time of the show" LOL

I could be mistaken but I heard natural meant for the last 2 years. He would get smoked if he stepped on stage with the big boys, that is why he claims to be natural, to lessen the competition.
