Sirius radio kicks ass! I got it for Xmas....home, car and internet. Just got it all hooked up properly last friday. I'm a music geek with over 3000 cd's and 5000 vinyl albums......this shit is fun! I'm hooked.
 
I've looked at those several times and still on the fence about it....I could of had them hooked me up when I bought the car for alot cheaper and I didn't...damnit!!

Yeah him./...the guys a total tool. That was the only reason I went with XM. I don't even want to accidently listen to that nitwit. Whats even worse, there are people out there that think he's cool/smart/etc.

I know he has money and all but still....there are other men with money so why do those women fall all over him. He is a replusive man

And you know this how? I have in fact listened to him, more than I care to admit. Years ago when He was really coming on to the scene, right before his crappy movie, I worked in a warehouse right out of college. The manager LOVED stern and I was forced to listen to his stupid show every frigin morning 5 days a week. Yeah, I've listened to him and he's a true idiot. He's just smarter than his listeners, which isn't saying much.

well I am kind of an idiot, maybe even a true idiot.
 
i have sirius and i really enjoy it. . .i'm a stern junkie (did you catch his music special on 101 over the weekend? it was pretty fuggin cool). . .however, my favorite music stations octane, alt nation, first wave and faction tend to have a LOT of the same songs in rotation through out the day. . .

check out Lithium 24....new station, it's all 90's grunge/alternative. STP, Pearljam, Alice in chains, NIN...for me it's perfect

I've had both XM and Sirius. I thought the XM music variety was better, with a whole lot deeper track library. I liked being able to listen to all the NFL broadcasts though. The transmission quality with sirius sucked, it kept dropping all the time. On similar trips XM was flawless. I thought the quality of the actual broadcast was better with XM, the music sounded clear. With Sirius it sounded like 23kb streaming intrenet radio.
