Yes they are. almost officially 3 weeks into Phase1 and things feeling good, have to admit though the 1st 25reps is still brutal on certain exercises, well not brutal but feels like jogging gets ya pumped up for sure :chomp:

Starting to finally see some small changes to my upper body, nothing major but the shoulders are getting a little more defined + muscle, just really want the ripping huge upper arms biceps/triceps, but I think in time that will come ?

Those freaking dumbbell side laterals make laugh after first set, a laugh slash cry in a good way, they are tough but really pump ya up and can feel it in rear and upper shoulders
