Simple PCT Question

gettin ready to start my 2nd cycle.

W 1-8 Var 50mg ED
W 1-8 Sust250 x 2

just wanted to know what exact PCT i should be taking and how much.

Begin PCT one week after your last injection. PCT should consist of 1,000-1,500 IUs HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for a total of 3 weeks. Then, discontinue HCG and continue with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for an additional 3 weeks.
