Legs last night was good. I never get sore from lower body. I guess I am still pretty strong regardless of lack of time in the gym. Upper body is always a struggle and I tire easy, but legs is not much of an issue at all.
Today I am off and on a good day today too. I don't want to spend my birthday in the gym
Holy shit this stuff is working already. I was just changing for the gym in front of the mirror and I am already seeing my ab musles pop out and my love handles shrinking. My pants were fitting better and I thought I was going crazy, but I am not. This makes silverstar very happy
