I was wondering if anyone had/has a picture of someone with overdeveloped front delts.
I'm currently doing a 5X5 on my shoulders whereby I do a 5X5 with dumbell presses (front delts), followed by 2X8-10 of side raises (mid delts), and 2X8-10 of bent over rear raises (rear delts). I'm a little worried that I'm unbalanced in my routine and am thinking about moving the 5X5 sets to a side raise for my mid delts to build them maybe a bit faster.
Anyone ever do a 5x5 on the mid delts?
Any way to tell? My difference between what I can do a dumbell press with, and what I'm doing on my other two excersises is rather drastic leaving me to think that maybe my front delts are becomming a little over-developed.
