I was on flat bench today and went a little heavier than usual and it felt like something ripped a little inside my pec. It is right between my shoulder and pec, right at the top of the armpit area. It hurts pretty bad but i continued with light weights. Does anyone know what i did or what i can take to soothe the pain and prevent it from happening again. Would cissus help this?
