Shoulder saver article and prehab

Nice article. I've been trying to find a way to save on shoulder fatigue. Lately I'd been thinking about what Cressey called 'structural balance in training'. His concept, of course, is more complete and well thought out. Mine was still an intuitive realization struggling to make an actual plan. Lots of common sense ideas listed I don't think about enough.

Very good article - it appears having forgotten to warm up a lifelong rotator cuff annoyance I managed to get the entire right side of my back thrown out of whack I guess trying to compensate for the soreness in the rotator during chest day last week - as a result my right side scapula actually moved up & out some. After some deep tissue & an adjustment it is a lot better, but still has some sore spots. That article gives a couple more things I can do to pretect those areas.

I started doing alot of this stuff, especially the scapular dips and pushups and that helped a lot!
 
Sweet. Great info and timing. I was just started having alot of pain in my right shoulder and I can see that was doing alot of wrong things. Thanks again.
