Hey just to help. I'm 30 yrs old and have had a grade 3 right shoulder separation for a few years now. Damn car accident. Anyway, the only thing that had ever helped in the beginning was good ole advil. Maybe a few percs in between but be careful as you can get VERY addicted to them. So I played around with advice from a sports/orthopaedic surgeon and he originally told me to take a very low dose of deca (ie - 100mg wk). Honestly that barely helped so he kept jacking the dose till it was at a nice reasonable theraputic level. That level was 200mg wk. That along with ultrasound whenever you can get it, is amazing. I'm happy to say now that I'm def lifting more than ever in my life. If you have any other questions about juice after injury let me know. I've also had my neck broken twice and many other injuries. And NO I'm not a stuntman. lol
