Thanks for the quick responses guys.
I guess the crux of the issue is that I don't do cycles often (probably 5 total & I'm 26, did my first one at 19) and they have always been mild/low dose. I got the deca before the injury for a little boost. If I did a few cycles year round I wouldn't mind using deca and sitting around, waiting for the shoulder to heal, but I don't want to do that because I don't plan on doing another cycle for a long while. I'm starting a glucosamine and chondroitin regimen to try and help as well. I guess what it comes down to is that before the injury, I was looking forward to the bump of the deca, and now it's been 6 weeks since I've lifted and I'm getting anxious as hell. The gym really does keep me sane and I'm getting impatient. Can't even do squats right now because of the position of the shoulder during the lift.
So I know that this is a pretty specific issue, but will the deca allow me to lift if I start it now (I mean in a couple of weeks when it actually kicks in), or would it just speed the recovery process and get me lifting sooner than if I just waited? Thanks again guys.
edit: Sorry, I didn't mean to hijack this thread, I was mainly trying to get a response from the guy that posted before me offering advice, but any advice is welcome.
And hgh is out of the question for me, I'm still in college and the budget is slim.
