should i stop my cycle? please advise!

hey bros, whats happining? heres my problem. started cycle 1 month ago, kicked with d-bol and now on my 3rd week of injections(test e) i was done with rows and pulldowns and went right to cable rows, put the pin in the whole stack(figured i was warmed up enough, should have known better) 2nd rep i felt a twinge, right where your lat and delt and tricep come together. i was doing lying tri extentions today, low bench pulling the bar up myself when that pull came back again.i believe i can still deadlift. used a empty bar and seems my only back exersize will be deads until the pull or strain heals, in your guys opionion, should i continue my cycle or continue to work around it? thanks bros, take it easy.
 
Take a couple of days off from the gym altogether. Stay on track with your injections. Make sure your diet is excellent insuring it has the nutrition necessary to heal. Reevaluate after the short break.
 
taking time off my traing is a wise idea. but leg day is tomorrow, and i know better, but im just afraid ill miss something if i miss my workout, naive i know, but we wouldnt be bodybuilders if we thought otherwise....thank-you

The bad thing about training while injured you run a much greater risk of injuring another muscle due to compensation or you further aggravate your current injury.. Trust me take 2-3 days off… Your body will thank you!

another question please, if i take 3 days off (lift mon- fri, 1 bp per calves and abs alternate days)i would normaly resume on monday,do you think i should stop right now, and resume on monday,given my strain time to heal, also, no calves or abs? sorry to sound like an amature, but i just didnt want to fuck things up with my cycle(where i am an amature).also, theres no internal bleeding, i iced and hot water therapy.thats why i believe its a strain(pulled).
 
.If it dosn"t bother you when training legs then I would take a week off on the upper body to give it time to really heal up and train legs like a mad man!!!
 
u gotta take it easy bro. You're body isn't used to lifting heavier than what it was designed for so, when you injure yourself, work something else out and stay away from whatever it is that injured you or causes pain in that area. I had to lay off from arms! for a while because I developed tendonitis from heavy lifting and that took months to heal cuz I kept on pushing hard until i couldn't lift anylonger..
 
i could find out tomorrow if i can squat, i did take an empty bar and go through some motions-row, t-bar and a chin, my right side went up left side said i aint goin nowhere! but i didnt try squats.that sounds like a great idea! hope it works, if it dont ill just come home a get a couple hours sleep before work!sucks but another valuable lesson learned, always warm up when changing exersizes, not just bodyparts!
