hey bros, whats happining? heres my problem. started cycle 1 month ago, kicked with d-bol and now on my 3rd week of injections(test e) i was done with rows and pulldowns and went right to cable rows, put the pin in the whole stack(figured i was warmed up enough, should have known better) 2nd rep i felt a twinge, right where your lat and delt and tricep come together. i was doing lying tri extentions today, low bench pulling the bar up myself when that pull came back again.i believe i can still deadlift. used a empty bar and seems my only back exersize will be deads until the pull or strain heals, in your guys opionion, should i continue my cycle or continue to work around it? thanks bros, take it easy.
