20mg ED is what i call a low dose, and it works. The horror stories of bad side effects and harsh effects on the liver come with doses of 60mg+ ED. At 20mg ED you will notice no side effects and you can even tan a few times per week and have no burning. Now if your acne is really bad you might required a dose higher, the AG Guys accutane is dosed at 50mg per ML, that dosage would do wonders for you...but the side effects would be much more harsh, dry skin and sensitivity to sunlight being the most pronounced effects. Also do not run oral steroids with the accutane, keep it injectable.
