i think you should do what you feel like doing. if you wake up and are like "wow im excited, i think ill race" do it because itl impact your life positively.
if you wake up and ur like "i feel kinda shitty i wont have fun", then go back to bed and eat a pizza
well I did it.....placed third in my age group....the runs were so so do to being sick but the bike was great!.....Not the best choice for my health....but damn I paid for the shirt....
