Anyone who knows my hardline Right political stance, will be shocked when I say this, but NO; we shouldn't kick anyone out at this point. JUST SHUT THE DAMN BORDER!!!! It makes as much sense to start deporting people while the border is not secure, as it would make sense to squirt water at a broken gas pipe on fire before shutting the gas off. There are millions of "illegal aliens" here working now, and doing jobs that Americans won't do, and that employers can't afford to have working "legally" without raising prices to the point where they'd be out of business. Illegals are part of the American industry, and contrary to what my fellow Republicans profess, DO pay taxes... Every one of them pays taxes. Maybe not income tax, but sales tax, road tax, rent tax, and all the taxes on utilities, gasoline, and all. Not to mention the fact that many of them have stolen social security numbers from dead people, which means they're paying into social security and not collecting, and paying fed & state income tax on the dead person's name, and can't file a return or get any refund.

I'm sure that happens, but they hand out ITINs like free candy on Halloween, so plenty of illegals ARE having taxes withheld, and usually are afraid to file a return to get any of those refunds or credits. If I have time, I'll try to find out how much is collected in taxes from illegals who never file returns, and never get refunds or credits. I bet that if I can get a factual report, it's at least balanced or even in favor of the IRS. Again, I'm not saying it's right... It's NOT right, but the question at hand is whether or not it's a good idea for America to deport all or most of them, and when you look at the whole picture, it's a bad idea, IMHO. But to be clear, if anyone (immigrant or otherwise), is falsely or wrongfully claiming tax credits, they belong in jail and/or deported. That goes without saying...
