Shooting

I gotta do a shot of Fina that was due yesterday but i have never injected in my shoulders or quad before....i tyred and i could not do it..is 21 gauge to big for the quad or shoulder and it was 1 inch ...now im late on my shot which was do sat and i probly will get it done monday will that affect my gains?? anways when injecting in the shoulders does it hurt that bad like it did to me!

Go with quad. 21g wouldn't be my prefrence but it shouldn't hurt that bad. I use 23g 1.5'' for quads and all gear injects.
