Sex drive post cycle.

I'm almost 32, and I know a few of my friends (myself included)have gone through some type of crisis at around 30. You turn around and you're 20's are gone, and realize that at some point you've got to finish growing up. Don't worry about what you've done so far- all you should have really accomplished is having some insanely good times/ had lots of sex / and hopefully not done anything to land you in jail or prison. If you've accomplished most of that, you're doing fine. You have you're whole thirties to start a family, make real money etc. Once you get serious about those sorts of things like you did about bodybuilding, you'll have no problems.

Now about you're sex drive...I agree with everyone that basically says your answer is this:

in all probability, your system needs time to get back to normal. I think you'll have to dig in and do some things that will promote your own natural sex drive and hormonal balance. things that helped my sex drive get back to normal during a 2 year layoff from AS (to be sure I could get it back to normal) were:

giving it some time and repeating PCT

Taking more days off from the gym to make sure I was not chronically physically worn out- I never have the same sex drive at the end of day 3 or 4 of heavy training as I do after a day or two of rest

Eating plenty of EFA's

Abstaining from all porn (hard for some I know, but it helped me to naturally stay interested in nailing every real girl next door)

Cialis or viagra- my theory is that these drugs are like stretching a muscle- as long as you don't go overboard and get dependant on it, i think it helps with hardness in the long run once you stop taking it

an NO2 product tended to help me slightly, probably a good thing to add when tossing out the cialis

*I didn't do this but I think adding an herbal regimen as well as GH is a very good idea

In my opinion, if you are trying to get a healthy sex drive back, you have to try to optimize all the things that make you feel good in general. In other words, try to live as well as you can

These things all worked for me (someone who had been prescribed viagra at age 28 and no longer needs any help)

*in fact they worked so well, that I was convinced enough about the human body's adaptive/recuperative processes that I'm now 3 weeks into my first test cycle in 2 years LOL
