currently on t-4,deca,and finaplex. Just got a direct hernia and want to know if anyone has experienced this before. How long before I can train hard, or some opinions on whether to continue my stack during recovery.
week 1 1cc t4,1/2cc deca
week 2-4 same
week 5 current status only on 1 1/2cc deca
any comments or help would be helpful
