I am getting the worst breakouts I've ever had in my life right now.

My forehead is breaking out and my chin slightly but my arms and shoulders are getting a bad case of bachne.. This isn't bad enough to get accutane but it's annoying b/c I hardly ever break out.. I'm not on a cycle or anything.. I've upped my water intake for last week or so and it's not getting better, seems to be getting worse.. My diet is clean

what are some over the counter products to try?

does that dry it out? I think it's breaking out b/c it's too dry now.. my face gets too oily but back gets too dry.. fuck me running

I'm gonna go tanning today to clear some of it up

Just coming off but ran a dbol only cycle and i NEVER have broken out from dbol but also never run it solo

NO..NO...NO!

You should NEVER use that crap on your skin. Most people think that drying out the skin weill clear up the zits, it's NOT true. You NEED something that has some mositure in it to absorb the oils. Embrace those oils, you'll love them when you reach a certain age...LESS WRINKLES!

I'll ask my pal who's a cosmetic dermatologist if you'd like.

Stress levels?

Dianabol was the only thing that ever gave me acne...almost overnight. I'll never use that stuff again.

And yeah, alcohol works great, but it dries you out.

I have a normal degree of stress but not large.. I don't think it's stress related but it is stressing me out having it

Apple Cider vinegar swabbed on before bed works for a lot of people I know. Try keeping your back exfoliated, too. Use a scrub or soap with salicilic acid in it.

What ever you do..DON'T pick at 'em. Scars would be even worse than this lil break out you're having!

DON'T listen to String, either. Sorry, String! :)

well there are a lot of girls and metro's on here so figured this would be a good place to ask.. I try not to pick at them but catch myself often

are you suppose to leave whiteheads or pop them????

Don't pop them. The bacteria can spread that way.

Why do you have whiteheads in the first place? DO you NEVER use a scrub on your skin?

I must be crazy...It's NOT gay to take care of your skin IF you're a man. Why is that so taboo?

My hubby uses this once a week in the shower: 2 tbs. table sugar with 1 tbs warm water. Get into the HOT shower and allow your pores to open up. Rub the sugar scrub on your face for a fw minutes. No more nasty whiteheads.

Hey, it's a cheap-non-embarrassing scrub you can do in the privacy during your manly shower routine....

I'm going to use it now.. I'm not embarassed.. i do scrub my skin but sometimes whiteheads occur

Check out Ilk’s thread here for priceless info regarding skincare, etc.

Here is the advice she forwarded to me when I had similar questions as yours. I could only afford the cleanser, but it's a great product.

Dr.Haushaka is the best skincare products for problem skin... It takes time for your skin to react to it, But its all organic, abit smelly but its fine, gentle...

there is a certain way to apply it to skin, No rubbing, Scrubbing... Gentle massage movements...

This is great to try...

Abit of background info on Hauschka

NO more oil on face... DO not apply anything n your skin at night... Let it breath.. Too much is happening to your skin...

Keep it simple... This is the only range I use, My skin is spot free..

fuggin' sunscreen turns me into a walking zit. . .my shoulders and upper back just get completely covered with the damn things. . .it's nasty as hell. . .

proactive. it worked on jessica simpson

interesting i came off few months ago and my back is straight up horrible.

1. get a yardstick
2. tape a scrubber brush to one end of yardstick
3. boom, sweet back scratcher the scrapes the fuck outta these nasty back zits

Ketoconazole 2% (Nizoral 2%)

It is anti-hairloss shampoo. You need a script to get 2%. But, wholesalehair.com or research co's offer it.

Seriously!@@@@!@!!!
