serious GH question !!

I found that everyone recommend cycling 4days on 3off or 5days on 2off. Why not every day on? What is the point of those off days ?
As I know GH is out of the body in 2 days, why would anyone want that as we all know that it needs to be taken at least 2 months to start working? Is there anyone who takes GH every day ?

I am planning to do a cycle 5on2off, 6IU/day for 3 months with other goodies.

What is the difference betwen subcutan and intermuscular injection of GH?
Which metod is better and more effective?
