i joined this board a mmonth ago,and i stated that i wasbenching 150 as my one rep maximumnow i bench 190 today,incline and i am so proud of myself.my chest tha was sunken before is becoming full,i have gone from 35 around the chest to 39,my right arm is 14.5 flexed and left 14.1,i have gone from 142ibs to 154!!!!i am happy ,but i wish i was around 160,but not bad
